When gaudy grayling patterns stop working, it’s time to try something more subtle. This small but fast-sinking nymph is almost entirely made of metal. It is easy to tie, has just enough sparkle and colour, and it looks like a natural nymph. Fish it New Zealand-style under a dry-fly, or on the middle or top dropper of a team of grayling bugs.
