The Wild Trout Trust (WTT) will run its annual charity auction from 13-22 March, with more than 300 lots including fishing across the UK and overseas, artwork, tackle and experience days.

Guide prices range from £8 to £1,850, with bidders competing for access to beats covering trout, salmon, grayling, char, bass, pike, barbel, carp and roach. Some private beats are available only through the auction.
A day for two rods on Ross Brawn’s private Itchen beat at St Cross, Winchester, including lunch with the former Formula One team boss, carries a guide price of £400. Two rods fishing for ferox trout and pike on Loch Awe with former WTT trustee Alan Kettle-White are priced at £300.
Valued Trout & Salmon contributor Don Stazicker is offering a day for two rods on the exclusive Cressbrook & Litton Club waters on the Derbyshire Wye, with a guide price of £240.
Other lots include a watercolour portrait of a favourite trout by Graham Stevenson (£800) and 36 North Country Spiders tied by Nathan Friel in a vintage cigarette tin (£90).

The catalogue will be available from 28 February, with online browsing from 5 March. Bidding opens on 13 March at auction.wildtrout.org. Funds raised support WTT conservation officers.
